By checking the "Terms & Conditions" box, you, as an individual, or on behalf of the company or institution set forth on the order form of which this Agreement is a part (the "Licensee"), are agreeing to these terms and Be GLAD LLC., itself and on behalf of its subsidiaries (collectively, "Be GLAD"), will permit users authorized hereunder to access and use (1) the Be GLAD LLC Certificate Course purchased, (2) digital materials, and (3) the Video Library, and (4) the Be GLAD LLC course notes requested for download (the "Course Materials") (collectively, the Online Educator Certificate Course, Online Early Childhood PreK Certificate Course, Online Elementary Educator Certificate Course, Online Secondary Educator Certificate Course, Online Educator Certificate Course in Spanish, Online Premium Elementary Educator Certificate Course, and Course Files shall be referred to herein as the "Training") as selected on the order form or provided for download. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of another person or company, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or company to these terms. Once a participant is registered, our registration terms/conditions do not allow switches or transfers of an individual's account to a different individual and/or different course due to the tracking & security features of our Online Training access.
